Santa’s grotto

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

It was a very pleasant Sunday after all the socialising this week. I went for a walk with Murphy this morning before anyone else was up. It’s such a nice way to start the day. The Normals just LOVE it when I come home all wide awake and ready to do something for the day when they are still doing their best impressions of the walking dead.

We went to visit Mary Doll and Victor this afternoon. Mary Doll has secret yearnings to actually be Santa and her house looks like his grotto. There are at least 4 singing reindeer/teddies/Santas and a Christmas scene with a battery operated train. One of the talking toys reads ‘Twas the night before Christmas’. Loudly. Who knew there were so many verses? We do now!
