This is Oswald. I first saw one of these on Facebook. It stood on the dashboard of someone’s car and he had been stopped by an officer of the law who was giving him a good old lecture. Oswald repeated everything that was said in a chipmunk voice. I thought “I need one of those in my taxi!”
