Protest

A protest can take many forms. I remember a man parking his Lancia car outside a busy tube station with placards saying “Lancia Rusts Like Hell!!!”. That was over 40 years ago. Subsequently, people stopped buying Lancia cars and they pulled out of the UK. This guy is obviously having similar issues with Mercedes and has chosen to make his displeasure quite clear. Good luck to him. Big garages like to fob people off to save money. If he threatens their reputation, he might actually get it fixed It shouldn’t be necessary, but sometimes there is no other way.
