Just In Time for the Sunset

Having arrived back from the U.K.it would have been rude to ignore the mountains and cross country ski tracks. Just managed an hour's exercise before it was too dark. In the middle distance is Mont Blanc, the skiing everywhere must have been perfect today.

Thanks so much for your support the past few days, the contrast between my life and my Mum's is too extreme to contemplate. We must all do our utmost to remain healthy in body and mind until the choice is taken away from us.
