Autumn smells lovely

One the corner of the block stand 5 toffee apple trees (cercidiphyllum), the smell is amazing as I cycle past. I got a few strange looks from passers by as I stopped to take this, putting down my bags of grocery shopping and breathing in deeply to enjoy the scent. I hear the rain is coming tomorrow, we'd best enjoy the last crisp autumn night.
