I finally got my "you are well on your way to being an old duffer, get a health check" letter from the nhs, cunningly disguised in a bank envelope, to put you off the scent when you open it. Haven't read it yet. I'm assuming it's about health and happiness and wellbeing, which I guess is about cutting out the crap in your life. Not that easy in some ways, but sometimes others unexpectedly do it for you.
