Hanging in there!

Today we left Dubai and headed out into the desert for a breath of fresh air!! It was getting towards sunset and the different coloured sands kept changing with the sinking sun.

As we turned off the main road to return by another route....we came across these hang gliders zooming in towards their target which was a white range rover parked on the dunes, just metres away from the electricity pylons carrying high voltage lines from Sharjah to Madam!! Scary! Very!!

Good to see everyone else enjoying themselves on their dune buggies and brewing Arabic coffee on makeshift bar-b-que's!!

Home just after dusk! Great the hang glider had a pink chute to match the pinky sand!
