The Grand!

Its great when the hotels take on the theme of the month and display the logo next to theirs!!

This is the Grand Hyatt, and they have some amazing restuarants. One of my favourites is Panini which is a specialist food store too. They make the most delicious quiches and their dessert selection is out of this world.....specially the tiramasu!

You sit amidst cascading waterfalls and the lush vegetation of a tropical rainforest where you can watch the Koi swimming from one pool to another whilst strains of live classical musicians, piano, harp, violin make it an experience not to be missed.

Unfortunately, in this blip, we were just passing by!! Never mind.....next time!
