Wednesday was Christmas Shopping Day.

Train from Cumbernauld to Partick, followed by a few hours browsing the quirky (and not so quirky) shops in and around Byres Road, even stopping on occasion to buy something. All-in-all I didn't do too badly - most of my gifts bought - although I gave up before tiredness completely took over.

Spotted this mural off one of the lanes I was shopping in. The whole effect was spoiled rather by the overflowing litter bins against the wall and the piles of litter that didn't make it into the bins in the first place. However, when one edits these out of the photographs, the end result reveals a rather amusing display.
