Starlings fill the sky

Had a lovely walk today around the usual lanes. Barely needed a coat it's so mild. The starlings, gathered in dozens on the telephone wires, flew off to more wires the other side of the field. Here they are flying past my favourite oak, with its ivy-clad trunk lit by the low sun, and filling the sky in my Extra.
