Young People Don't Work Hard

Crazy drive down to Glasgow South today.
Weather was appalling.
Dual carriageway looked more like a river most of the time.
Thick red brown water coming off the fields and covering both lanes
to a couple of inches for whole sections.
But it was worth it!

We missed the opening address and it took nearly four hours to get there .
However, the quality and quantity off work,
the enthusiasm of the students and the number of staff there,
in what for many of them was a local holiday, was a credit to the profession.
And they are doing it all again tomorrow for the public.
Superb, I take my hat off to them.
Four hours there , three hours back and one lecture after another and all I heard was words of praise from the Aberdeen Art staff and pupils alike.
