Feeling festive

I had an early swim, a breakfast (not the hotel strong point) and then went for a wander around the delightful site.

The grounds are next to an extensive country park and it was still quiet - lots to observe, wildlife, interesting statuary etc.

It’s so nice to be back with people I shared last Christmas with.

The Bridge ? I’ve not played well yet (last place last night but my partner was lovely).

But it’s still great.
