Curvy

Ive been up in Manchester for meetings today. The day has flown past but I ended up pulling some muscles in my shoulder dashing from the station to the office with my laptop case. When I got on the train I think the pain then referred to my head and I ended up with the worst migraine Ive ever had. I managed to get home but feeling dreadful and queasy. Early night and lots of drugs for me!
