Boxing Day Walk

It was a lazy day today. Late breakfast, late showers, browsing Christmas books, kids playing with toys, late afternoon feasting on Christmas leftovers, silly games and a late evening movie. Boxing Day is my favourite day of Christmas.

Before breakfast I went on a short walk along the lane near my sister’s house. I was eager to get moving a bit and get some fresh air. I went early as my weather app said rain was coming in an hour, but it didn’t actually come til much later in the day. I love the stillness and quietness of a Boxing Day walk.
