Abstract Thursday: New Beginning

I couldn't come up with anything interesting for the theme so I thought I would get one more shot of my Christmas lights before they're put away as the old year goes out and the new one begins.  Many thanks to Ingeborg for continuing to host Abstract Thursdays!

I am grateful that I got to spend the day with my friend, Kathy!  We live only a few miles apart but we rarely see each other.  Every time we do, we say that we won't let so much time go by again!
