Lincoln

After a delayed start due to heavy snow in NW Essex we finally set off to Lincoln for a Twixmas / ChrimboLimbo break. We arrived at our hotel just as it was getting dark and our superior cathedral view room lived up to expectations, with the cathedral just across the road. We had a quick scoot inside, it was calm and beautiful and as all medieval cathedrals are, awe- inspiring.
