It’s melting already!

Ailie suggested Chris and I should go to her for a walk and have lunch after it. We went to Blue Mill and onto the moor. The clouds came in with rain. It was a raw, damp cold day.

Ailie gave us a weird drink - instead of Bucks Fizz it was Cranberry Fizz. We thought it would be ok but it was very sweet for our taste. Not recommended.

We’ll miss her - she goes to her New Zealand house on 8 Jan and won’t be back till late April.
