Angel of the north

After making the icing for Nathaniel’s still frozen birthday cake I made a very rich Tiramisu to take to S and M for our Hogmany dinner. On the way the light was so good we stopped in Gateshead to blip Angel of the North.

We had a lovely evening with our dear friends. Many drinks and wonderful food - a delicious pumpkin soup, followed by a leek, cod and bacon bake.which was even more delicious. We chatted on till I realised it was 3am.
