Fruehschoppen

Frühschoppen: an alcoholic drink before midday in company, the German and Austrian tradition to meet up at a pub, inn or tavern in the late morning.

Some traditions are better than others. This one is well worth observing. So met up with Zack in Dachsbrau and to celebrate the occasion the local band also made a (rather loud) appearance.
Most of the afternoon was then taken up with helping Peter assemble Lego trucks, with the occasional input from his 5-year old. I should now know the German for 'You've done that wrong.' but it's already forgotten.
