Emergency blip

I held out, held out and held out for the sky to clear.
Was hopeful of trying to capture the northern lights, but my sky has not cleared.
So I thought I'd blip this hardy little chap.
He's been here for just over three years, I'd feared he'd gone earlier in the year.
I fear his fate is to be a bonsai acer
He has not grown very much since I planted him, but he's still here, inspire of some really brutal weather conditions :-(
At one point he was covered in two foot of snow for about two weeks.
So a hardy little chap
I love the colours of the leaves on the Acer at this time.
