Happy New Year

Instead of braving the masses to watch the Sydney fireworks, I have run away to the South Coast with my friends to welcome in the New Year.  We are having a beach holiday.  New Year is about warm Summer nights and fireworks normally but here, we have feasted on fresh seafood, copious amounts of champagne and lots of laughter, there has even been a few fireworks on the beach to upset the dogs.   While waiting for midnight, I have roped my friends to help me do some light painting with sparklers. It all makes for a great end to 2017. 

It is 11.50pm as I post this.   I wish all my blipmates a happy, safe and healthy 2018.  See you next year Blipmates!!!
