This was actually a part of a photo I took of Fettes College but when I went to edit it, I liked the formation of the branches better!

Had a very gruelling physio session this morning - the hardest yet, but the most satisfying!
I asked about going back to the gym and the pool - she gave me a exercise referral form for a gym session with an instructor. I mentioned I was going back to work and going to a Pilate's class - she then took the referral form back from me and said there was no way I was to take on 4 new things at the same time! Oh well - it was worth a try!!
