Eighth Day……..

……………………………of Christmas


Following on from the previous blips I continue with the Twelve Days of Christmas and the hidden meanings.

The 12 Days of Christmas start on Christmas Day and last until the evening of the 5th January - also known as Twelfth Night.  


The eighth day of Christmas is “eight maids a-milking” and this refers to The Beatitudes.

As there were no milk maids available I poured milk into old fashioned glass bottles!
