1st of January

Last night was a nightmare - especially from midnight and until about 1 am. Gollum and Biscuit were cool and not bothered even though it sounded like World War III had started. It was a tough night for Hero. 

We had a slow start this morning, but went for a walk in the woods before noon. It was rainy and muddy, but we did enjoy it. It was nice and peaceful. 

This picture illustrates the rest of our day perfectly; coffee (for me - not the boys), sofa and Netflix. It is Gollum and Hero, who are cuddling up together in the corner of the sofa.
