Feeding on the Utterly Butterly. I think this one has mealworms set into peanut butter but it's been a while since I read the outside. I have two others waiting to be screwed into place when the birds have finished this one.
I've been wondering how they'd cope if I just opened the others and stood them on the path. I think I'm just impatient to see which one they prefer or to just give them a choice of flavours.
Had a good long sleep last night and even woke on my left side which is where the operations were done and has usually caused me to ache or to feel nerve sensations and twinges.
Carers were good this morning. I spoke to mum gently and kept her calm by stroking her hair, reassuring her all was ok and one carer said mum must be getting more used to them as she wasn't resisting as much. I don't think she considered my involvement at all.
The other carer does as I've seen her stand back when mum has called for me, to allow mum to see me and know that I'm still there for her. :)
Aren't people fascinating.
