Painting by numbers stage 1

Pulled it out of the box. It is covered in cling film stuff with everything on the inside of the back of the 'canvas'. Not sure what the painting surface is made of as it's behind the cling film.
I looked at all those sections and thought this is going to be a real distraction or have me climbing the walls.

Haven't had a good day today. Woke in the most awful pain low down around my middle and mostly across my back. I can't decide what it is but think my lower lungs might be a tad congested.

By coincidence this was the day of the telephone consultation with the GP so I had a need for him before I even knew I would as I made this appointment before Christmas. It was supposed to have been instigated by the consultant at the hospital but the only thing the GP could tell me was that they wanted me to remain on the medication but they'd told me I'd be on it for five years so that seemed a bit odd.

Anyway I offloaded about how I was feeling today and he's said to see how I go on over the next couple of days and then make an appointment to see them.
My BP was high but he said I shouldn't worry about that if I've been ill.
He was very good and understanding.
