Resolution

It's not terribly original, but after the excesses of the last few weeks, my New Year's Resolution is to be more active.  There was a lull in the hailstones this afternoon so I headed out to the cycle track for a brisk walk.  We seem to have a new signpost since the last time I was down this way with a timely and encouraging message - I'm taking that as a good omen :-))
