Promise of things to come.

Ladies back for lunch today, which is why I now have a lovely bunch of tulips gracing the table which previously held the Christmas tree.
We had to wait for the Bread and Butter pudding to finish cooking so we talked about the weight we had gained over the festive period and the need to think about going on a diet!  Needless to say the pudding was all consumed.
Hardly anyone at the gym this morning but I did do some extra exercise to counteract the upcoming lunch!
