How'd They Do It?

We went down to the beach at sunset again. The skies weren't as dramatic tonight, but the tide was way out and vacationers roamed the wharf and the sand. A couple rides were open at the Boardwalk, including the new ice skating rink, and there were sounds of ecstatic folks being turned upside down and spun around and around. It was fun being there as the darkness came in--I sure don't remember the last time I was by the ocean at night. I was fascinated by this lone lit palm tree. Why that one? and who climbed all the way up there? and will they take the lights down after the holidays?
