A Re-fuel at the School

I did not give my consent,
to this wily squirrel named Brent.
But, he still made his ascent...
in the seed to put a dent.

Why would I try to prevent...
this rodent incident?
I gave this rat named Brent...
my full seed complement.

I'm glad that Brent comes to eat,
now if he could just cross a street.
