St Bees

Fancied a day at the seaside, so we jumped in the car for the first time since arriving at The Lakes and drove over to St Bees. The dog was in his element on the beach, had a good paddle in the rock pools and met quite a few other dogs including an Airedale (larger version of himself).

After taking the cliff path to the viewpoint, we moved on to Whitehaven, and then on to Maryport where we were lucky enough to spot a kingfisher on the beach.
