Wallace Monument

It would be too much to hope for the blue sky and light to be behind what I want to shoot and after this the battery died! I had already taken 33 shots of the view from the top but most disappointed! None the less we had a fantastic walk, Josh opted to do the route in the opposite direction from usual in the hope that the hills wouldn't be as steep - he was disappointed, legs ached just as much as usual! Coffee and mars cake were consumed at the bottom which did compensate a little.
Home and we have made our own mars cake - as a scientific experiment, for comparison purposes only - I shan't enjoy it at all. Preparation done for fajitas so tasty dinner and lazy evening ahead.
