Mathematical error
I was using an app to calculate the calories in my fast day dinner which I'd guessed was around 300/350.
I was shocked at the first total and when checking, discovered that it and allocated a very high number for coriander leaves which are not at all high.
I amended the numbers and satisfied that I had enough calories to enjoy 200 on a low calorie instant custard (guilty pleasure) with banana, I did.
Then I remembered that I'd eaten 2 portions of the carrot and pistachio Salad. Oops. Blown my allocation by a couple of hundred now. It was very tasty/filling though and I shall definitely make it again and eat just the 1 portion.

It was recalculated as 297 and I should have stuck with my guess!
