I commented elsewhere that I have spells of aiming for 30 different food types per day and someone responded that in Japan 30 is recommended. number. They then shared a picture of a dish they had eaten during a recent visit.to a restaurant there.
As I exceed my planned calorie total yesterday I thought I would create my own lunch inspired by the restaurant dish. It was put together rather hastily and I forgot a sprout and some carrots which are now cold in my steamer. Next time I shall aim for 30 as I enjoyed savouring the different textures and tastes like this..
