After The Storm

Well that was quite the storm!  I think we got about a foot of snow here in downtown Boston, and a whole lot of wind.  At one point yesterday, when Mabel and I ventured out to do what was necessary, the wind was creating great big twisting "snow devils" which made it very hard to see where we were going!  Fortunately we were about the only creatures foolish enough to be out there, so there was no danger of being run over.

This morning the sun has come out, but that wind is still howling, and it is bitter, bitter, bitter cold.  Poor Mabel almost got blown over at 6:00 when we were outside for our first potty break of the day!   Our 26th floor windows have a rather lovely filigree of ice decorating them now.
