Eschewed

I eschewed cycling
Opting for pictures and pub
IPA and crisps

By the time I was, like, ready to even think about going out on my bike it was already far too late to go where I wanted to ride to so I went to the local multiplex (10 minutes from my house, on foot) with my partner instead to see All The Money In The World and then to the pub across the road from the cinema for a couple of teatime pints afterwards.

And, the film was fine, I didn't love it, it was too long (why are they soooooooo long?) but I did take a valuable lesson away from it. These rich people eh? Some of them, you know,  are quite careful with their money, tight even you could say. They don't like to give it away. Who'd a thunk it?
