Caley's Kinetic Envelope

Walks at Achaderry and earlier at Leanachan spoiled us for blip choices.
Bruce and Caley will be joined by Bob for the next few days. Bob is Caley's litter brother and is a very happy dog. While a few shots featured him on his own today this is actually Caley centre frame with an enormous (sorry medium to small) stick. I think you can tell from the body language of L standing to the left in shorts that Caley has difficulty judging the sweep of the end of his stick as he charges down the track. I would call this the "kinetic envelope" which is the airspace that a vehicle occupies as it moves along a rail or road. It is given consideration in planning the route of an abnormal load or say in railway engineering.
Anyway, Caley clearly has difficulty with the concept and you really wince as he races between two trees 3 feet apart with a 6 foot long log. Invariably something breaks but Caley always comes out the other side still with at least a bit of log in his mouth.

Bob is just as bad.
