Christmas, 2017

Another Christmas at home, just the four of us, just the way we like it.
Early morning excitement. Opening of stockings in bed. Creeping downstairs to see if 'he's' been and exclaiming at the mess he's made!
Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast. Facetiming family. Playing with gifts. Run for Mummy (I don't even think the kids noticed I'd gone!). A wonderful Christmas lunch cooked entirely by hubby. Traditional family Christmas photo. Train into Brussels to see the Sound and Light show at The Grand Place (which didn't happen, for some unknown reason), and then Liege waffles for pudding. Perfect.
