Golden Bay

We've come to Pohara, Golden Bay, at the very top of the South Island, in the caravan for a few days. It's very busy here with lots of tourists and holiday makers.

Tonight we went for a walk along the beach, just as the sun was going down. And it was beautiful. The tide was going out, and it was interesting seeing everyone else on the beach. Some playing cricket with their children, lots walking, a group playing frisbe, and another small cluster of children kicking a ball. We also came across a couple playing the guitar and singing, sitting on the rocks. It was great to see.
