GSUS Live Day One

A horrifically cold and frosty school greeted me this morning for our first day of the GSUS Live Unit at Mary Webb School.

This is basically an articulated lorry which expands and turns into the most fantastic interactive classroom with screens that appear from within the desks. We're here all week to use the unit to teach KS3 RE lessons. Not sure about the kids expectations but one teacher was laughing because one young person asked if Jesus was actually going to be on the bus. Their faces when the screens appear has been pretty priceless. I hope that the hear the message behind the fun of the bus.

Tech fail this morning because the temperatures were so cold that the servers wouldn't work. Hopefully no more tech issues will get in the way of this being a brilliant week.
