Rose Hips
Another misty day. I wanted to pop in to Walsall for an errand so combined it with a quick walk around the Arboretum, once famous for its illuminations, now consigned to history under increasing financial pressures on local government.
While I took those typical misty shots of bare trees and recession, I also came across these rose hips. What did it for me was the background, a complimentary vibrant colour provided by the winter stems of several dogwood plants.
