Thanks for all the advice and tips. Crispin’s was best and I joined the overnight jumbo from Capetown to Manchester. The result was about three hours of sleep. Very welcome even if the was uncomfortable.

Also helpful was info about Oil of of Olbas available in various forms and by tomorrow some will be in a vaporizer.

The only good thing I can thinkof about lack of sleep is that it creates extra time for culture. Last night I enjoyed an old Maigret film and Rossini’s Barber of Seville.
