Red Rose

This rose is from a bunch of flowers I bought from Sainsbury's a fortnight ago. Some flowers have gone over, but rescued this rose for today's blip. Back to exercise classes this week, and pleased that after three classes I am feeling ok, and I think I did work hard. 
Weigh in this morning, and that is all I'm saying about that ;-)
