Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

I do not like being at work at the moment. There are a lot of politics. I work with some very talented people. Due to a ‘who’s are bigger’ battle going on in the higher echelons, some of these people won’t be having their contracts renewed. Which is a mistake. There is a lot of whispering and people being treated without basic consideration and courtesy which creates a difficult working environment.

I will stop moaning now. I just needed to get that off my chest.
