Goodbye snow, hello sun.

Torrential rain overnight washed away our snowdrifts. It was a wild an windy storm, we feared we'd have trees down, but all seems well. It's just rather like march after a season of snow, mud and branches down. The temperatures are on the way back down, but the puddles were absorbed by the ground so there is thankfully no fear of icy roads and walkways later. We're off for dinner with old friends tonight.

This day came in with all our snow melted and warm temps still in effect.
