Trying out a 'morning shot' made of 3 apples, two lemons and 70 g fresh ginger, from a book called "Happy Food" by a Swedish science journalist and a Swedish cook. It's a fairly new book, and I borrowed it from the library. Had to stand in a queue and couldn't re-borrow it, so it's popular. Lots of interesting knowledge and I'm now trying out this "anti-inflammatory up-lifting shot". The apples brings sweetness and I find it reduces the sting from the ginger. I'm trying this for a while now and hopefully it'll do some good. :)
