Roses For Mum

It's 3 years today since mum died. These are the colour of roses I used to buy for her.

I said I wouldn't blip a red squirrel through the window again, but this is a special day and it didn't come back after I went outside. The squirrels haven't been seen in the garden for a couple of weeks so it was great to see one this morning. Mum loved them. When she went into care we brought the feeder the girls had bought her to our garden but didn't bother putting it up. We had no squirrels.

It was another blipper, intothehills, who said "If you want red squirrels, put up a feeder." So we did and "Hey Presto!" we got them!
