So good....

Woke up to sunny blue skies today, so that was great and Salem and I enjoyed a nice long walk at the park. After fiddling around with paints and such this afternoon, me and the Mr went to see Peter White play at Jazz Alley.

We went early and had dinner there, which was delicious (but pricey), and cocktails and dessert... I've never seen Peter White in person and he just hit it out of the park. Such a wonderful show. He had a fantastic band with him - sax, bass, drums, and piano. Mr. White is a big goof ball with a huge personality so that made it extra fun. He had no shoes on and he made all these funny faces and gestures, etc. Boy did he pour his heart and soul into the music, as did all the players. One of the most joyous evenings I've had in quite awhile!
