One would love to meet the constructor of this magnificent jape which was seen whilst out walking this morning.

The bollards have been in place for some months after some work was commenced on the culvert beneath the road.

Needless to say very little has happened to finish the work.  A couple of weeks ago a retired Christmas tree appeared amongst the bollards and latterly this fine figure.

I think it is a lovely way to say that the road repairers are being dilatory.
