The coving crumbles

Came down today to see a minor downfall of plaster from the coving in the lounge. it was not a great shock as a crumbling in the coving has been noted on inspections of the property. But now there is downfall hopefully they will do something. I have reported it but it’s not a great inconvenience so I shall wait and see if it crumbles more.
